Knowledge management (KM) involves identifying, organizing, and distributing information within an organization to achieve its goals. Cloud computing significantly enhances KM by enabling efficient performance, decision-making, and coordination. This study explores adopting cloud-based software services using KM practices. Cloud computing, with its operational strategies, improves database capability, scalability, and reduces cost and risk in KM. It requires a model that aligns with company environments and specifications from both client and provider perspectives. High maintenance costs and poor usability of KM tools pose challenges. Cloud services like IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS, delivered through private, hybrid, and multi-cloud designs, use remote servers for processing, storing, and managing data. Modern cloud computing delivers up-to-date knowledge in real-time, ensuring consistency, stability, security, and flexibility in organizational KM.
